SCHEDULE HAIR
The capillary schedule is a homemade treatment which consists of using 3 types of hair masks in order to hydrate, nourish and rebuild it. This is done with hair masks and can be optional as long as they have the ingredients of each phase in their composition.
Each stage of the capillary schedule refers to solving needs lost by hair, either by natural action (exposure to the sun, wind, sea water, among other factors), or by human action (use of hair products, straightening or permanent curl, use of sources heat, among others).
The Capillary Schedule method states that you must pay attention to the ingredients with the highest concentration in the product (the first 5 ingredients) and observe if they contain the ingredients belonging to each phase.
The capillary schedule categorizes the masks into 3 types, which must be alternated each week:
Hydration
The masks belonging to this phase replenish the water content in the hair strands. This method states that the hair that needs this phase is drier, with frizz and dry to the touch. Frizz is dry hair that goes up to the atmosphere in search of moisture, thus needing hydration. In case of excessive frizz, moisturizing is usually the answer.
- The following ingredients are highlighted: plant and fruit extracts, honey, milk, silk protein and glycerin.
NUTRITION
The masks belonging to this phase replenish the lipids in the hair strands. This method states that the hair that needs this phase has little shine, less definition in the case of curly hair and too much volume.
- Of note are oils and butters.
RECONSTRUCTION
The masks belonging to this phase replenish the capillary mass in the hair strands. This method states that the hair that needs this phase is very damaged, painted, brittle, discolored and with split ends.
- Ingredients such as keratin (animal or vegetable), proteins and amino acids are highlighted.
