➡️ I want to mention that I don't follow the method to the letter: it is important to switch between co wash and low poo, I can't find evidence that really says that parabens and sodium hydroxide are bad, I think that in some cases the final wash makes sense and I I love using a brush to untangle my hair.
ORIG️ The ORIGINAL method has many peculiarities that many people on the internet do not follow to the letter, namely:
▪️ there is no final wash
▪️ only wash co (any type of shampoo is prohibited)
▪️ only uses massage brushes capillary silicone or fingers on the scalp
▪️ only use your fingers or a long-toothed comb to untangle your hair (brushes are prohibited (as well as trim)
▪️ forbidden to use solid products
▪️ only using the dryer with diffuser low temperature
▪️ is prohibited to use very heavy creams in terms of nourishing oils and butters
▪️ forbidden to use any type of silicone
▪️ forbidden to use parabens, sodium hydroxide and fragrance / parfum / parfume
▪️ forbidden to use dry shampoo
▪️ prohibited cuts with wet hair
