THE CURLY GIRL METHOD
WHAT CAN I NOT USE IN THE CURLY GIRL METHOD?
Here you can see the most common ingredients that are drying for the hair (sulfates, alcohols) or need sulfates to be removed from the hair (silicones, waxes ...).

GETTING STARTED - FINAL WASH

- It is an optional step in your routine (in the original Curly Girl method this step does not exist). Shampoo should only be used with sulphates and without other prohibited ingredients. Used to remove silicones, petrolatums, waxes, etc., previously used. This wash is done only only once. You can read tips on choosing a final wash shampoo here.
FINAL WASH EXAMPLE:
SULFATES> MASK> CONDITIONER
The shampoo should only contain sulfates as prohibited ingredients. After this wash, use a compatible mask and conditioner in the curly girl method.
From this washing, the routine is done only with products accepted in the Curly Girl Method!
HOW TO START THE CURLY GIRL METHOD?
TIP: It starts simple. Sometimes less is more.
If the Curly Girl method is completely new to you, know that you will start to know a completely different hair and it is understandable that you feel it changing. You will see the true potential of your snails.
My suggestion is to start with few products.

Co Wash should be combined with Low Poo for future washes. A good wash massage is recommended to remove as much residue from the scalp.

It's normal that the first few times you don't immediately get good hair results! We've all been there (you may have to go through a hair transition too!). At the beginning it takes until you find the right combination. When you try products, make sure you use them several times and in different ways (eg with different amounts of water or finishing, texturing or drying techniques!)
