🧴 LOW POO SHAMPOO - Many of you say that your Continent does not have the Lovea brand, if it is the case, buy it online and send it to your nearest Continent to pick it up there (I think that way they do not pay postage!). It is a good shampoo for those who are still afraid of Co Wash, so start by getting used to lighter surfactants. If you buy this shampoo, I advise you to use it with a Co Wash, so as not to dry your hair so much. It is optional, you can wash only with Co Wash.
🧴 CO WASH - I think it is a great choice to start experimenting with washing your scalp with conditioner - it does not have excess ingredients, thus avoiding waste accumulation quickly. Do a more "mechanical" wash to wash the scalp well, since they do not have surfactants to thoroughly wash the dirt from the hair. They can also be used to untangle hair after the mask.
🧴 MASK - This mask is highly moisturizing! When you start the method and stop using Silicones to hide the true appearance of the hair, the frizz increases. It's normal and part of the journey! Frizz is dry hair with a lack of hydration - moisturizing masks are a priority at the beginning!
🧴 FINISHING CREAM - I think this cream is so well done! Several wavy and curly people like this cream and I think it is a great bet to start training finishing techniques, because it is not extremely heavy in terms of ingredients. For more definition it needs a fixative gel on top.
🧴 GEL - Notice that this gel, although approved, has high fixing power. For best results I advise you to dilute it a little with water in your hand before putting it on your hair.

Hello, I have a very oily root, washing the scalp with the conditioner will not do. Lo more oily.?
How do I get the book, how long does it take to arrive? I already went to the continent's website to buy lovea, but that brand doesn't appear. Is there another brand that I can buy to make low poo?

Regarding oiliness, I don't know your hair, but if you don't get along with co wash, you can only do low poo. 😊

Garnier ultra smooth ginger milk mask (damaged and devitalized hair)
the mask garnier fructis hair food papaya(damaged hair) 3 functions
and the garnier fructis aloe vera hydra bomb to comb and finally coconut oil from the pantene please tell me if they are compatible with the method my hair is +/- a 2b/2c and i have streaked but i like it well defined and voluminous wavy hands better
