Lovea Nature - Shampoo and Conditioner

struck reviewHello curlieees! 😊

Well, today we are going to talk about two very coveted products for sale in the Continent, Lovea's products!

Why coveted?

This brand is the one for sale in a supermarket with large surface shampoos low poo approved for the method!

Of all the products on sale, only the spray is not compatible because it contains drying alcohols.

Champô KERATINE DIVINE Anti Frizz

This shampoo is considered low poo not contain any Strong anionic surfactants.
Even so, it makes a little bit of foam, because it presents Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate.

This ingredient is a cleaning agent, that is, a surfactant, but it is not considered sulfate. It is easily found in more environmentally friendly or natural products to replace Sulfates, due to not being so irritating and yet effective in cleaning the scalp. It is found in many shampoos and cleansing formulas and is very gentle on skin and hair, even at higher concentrations.

Shampoos are important for hair because they remove product build-up and clean the scalp in order to promote healthy hair growth. THE Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate it will clean your hair, but it will not strip your hair of its natural oils in the aggressive way that sulfates do.

It therefore has a good cleaning capacity, is resistant to hard water and is biodegradable. It is found in about 95% of commercial shampoos and acts as a degreaser by attaching to dirt and oil in hair and scalp.

It is normal to be used as a primary surfactant as in the case of this product for cleaning well and foaming q.s. therefore, it is used in products for delicate skin and baby shampoos.

This makes this product a type of shampoo that for those who follow the Curly Girl method, should be used from time to time, to make a deeper cleaning of the scalp and finishing products used in the hair.

In addition to this surfactant, this shampoo also has Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, an anionic surfactant made from the fatty acids of poo oil in which it is very gentle in cleaning, while still being effective in hard water. This ingredient helps the water to mix with the oil and the dirt forms to be cleaned.

It has also Decyl Glucoside, a very mild nonionic surfactant that is widely used in baby products and for people with sensitive skin.

This shampoo has high amounts of Glycerin, and has four types of protein, namely the Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein e Hydrolyzed Soy Protein which is great for more damaged hair that needs reconstructive ingredients and an aid in hydration. Because it contains these types of protein, it is an aid in frizz, as it will help to fill data in the hair fiber in order to retain more water and look healthier.

This product also has Cocamidopropyl Betaine, an amphoteric surfactant that is often associated with allergic reactions and dermatitis.

Dry Hair Conditioner Shea Butter

The biggest amount ingredient in this product is Cetyl Alcohol, a long chair fat alcohol that is extremely moisturizing.

The larger amount of conditioning agent is Glyceryl Stearate, which acts as a lubricant on the surface of the skin, giving a smooth appearance. It also prevents hair loss of water by forming a barrier on the hair surface.

It also Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, shea butter, to nourish the hair already in the conditioner phase. This will also help to untangle the hair better by helping to close the cuticles.

This conditioner features Panthenol, the alcohol that comes from vitamin b5.

I find funny Benzophenone-4, a UV filter that absorbs UV rays. That is, it has UV protection which can be useful to use on a beach day.

My opinion about this product ...

Yes, I did!

I liked being easily accessible in a Portuguese hypermarket, at an affordable price and a great “weaning” for those who are leaving their sulfates to begin método curly girl.

However, I recommend that this shampoo is used from time to time to clean the scalp and hair from accumulating products, as it features anionic surfactants that if used very often can dry your hair.

I really liked the shampoo, I use it every two weeks and I notice a huge difference in the cleanliness of my hair, which is noticeable afterwards, as I can clean my hair well for the next creams.

The conditioner I chose because it didn't have a lot of ingredients and as I predicted, I liked it!

I tried it as a co wash and I liked the clean feeling it gave me, not feeling with prolonged use that the hair got greasy.

I think they are a great choice for those who are starting the method: easy to find, reasonably priced and extremely high quality for supermarket products.

So I want to know! Have you tried this product? 😘

Hello. I haven't tried the shampoo yet, but I bought it about a month ago (I had to finish the previous one first). However, when I took it to replace the finished one, I noticed that it was thick, like a jam. Did the same thing happen to you? (when I bought it it was liquid) If so, how did you decide?

    • Hello Eliana. 😊
Try shopping online on the Continente website. If you can't find it, look for other solutions in the “Shampoos. 😊

    Hello!
I bought this shampoo and noticed that it has golden glitter inside (I thought it was in the packaging), it won't stick to the hair ?!

    • Hello Marcela! 😊 The ingredient that causes the glitter itself in the formula does not have this ability, I left everything when you rinse your hair! 😘❤️

Hello!! I searched for this product on Continente online, but I didn't find ☹️ or other Portuguese stores. Where is it possible to find it?
    Thanks!! ☺️☺️

    • Hello Marta! 😊
I went to confirm and really Continente removed these products from the site. However, in mainland hypermarkets (the largest) as far as I know they are still sold there! 😘

    Hello!
I recently discovered this brand and as first impressions I am really enjoying it 🙂
I also bought the Coco Paradise mask because I saw here on the website that it was allowed for low loo! However, would it be possible for a little help to know which phase of the schedule it belongs to?
    Thanks ***
